You can pretty much guarantee that whenever you run into Randi, you’ll have the pleasure of meeting one or more of her four children. She admits that she’s known for “always having a trail of kids behind me.” Keeping track of her children—and all of their activities—suits her well. And while her husband thinks Alaska would make an ideal vacation destination, Randi would opt for Greece. What makes Arnold, Nebraska, a great community according to Randi is that everyone will gather to support you and help you out when you need it. Rudy’s greatest hobby is following his three kids (Drew, Charli, and Hudson) with wife Trish around the state watching them play the sports they love while being in the presence of the great people in our community.

During the summer, Rudy likes to spend as much time as possible at the lake with family, whether it’s pulling them behind the boat or lounging around or playing games around the camper. Golfing, barbecues, and gatherings are also some other things he enjoys. During the winter, Rudy revels in the great outdoors—hunting pheasants, quail, and deer with his kids and friends.

Coaching and helping out with the kids in his community is a priority for Rudy, having coached little league baseball, basketball, football, and soccer for many years. Attending church and the fellowship within is also important to him.

Rudy also dedicates himself to his community by volunteering for the past 12 years as an EMT and firefighter for the Arnold Fire and Rescue. “It’s a tough job sometimes, but the great crew we have makes it easier to respond to those in need,” said Rudy.

When asked about his role at Arnold Insurance Agency, Rudy commented, “When I was younger,I came across a saying: Find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life. I found that in Arnold Insurance Agency. Being able to work for and with the people in our community and the surrounding area is something I love! I really enjoy working with all sorts of professionals weather it’s farmers, ranchers, contractors and drivers, fireman and EMTs or business owners. Being able to sit down and help people protect the things they have and love is the most rewarding thing I can imagine myself doing.”

Avery joined the Arnold Insurance Agency family in 2020. Having grown up watching her dad, Joe Bob, build this company, Avery knows the hard work, commitment, and relationships it takes to run a successful insurance business. She is excited to be part of the company she’s grown up with, and we’re excited to have her on board.

Avery and husband Teven reside in North Platte with their two dogs, Rylee and Charlie. Dogs have always been a part of the Atkins family, and Avery loves to dote on her very own “kids.”

Upon high school graduation, Avery attended college in Lincoln, but soon realized her roots were in central Nebraska. She returned home and attended Mid Plains Community College until her career path took another turn, and she now finds herself following in her dad’s footsteps and learning from the best. “Working with my dad is one of the biggest blessings life has brought me so far,” Avery stated.

Avery spends her free time remodeling her home and enjoying the outdoors by hunting, fishing, boating, and water sports. She can often be found hosting friends and family.
