Starting immediately, our new office hours will be as follows:
Arnold, Cozad, North Platte Locations:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Central), open during lunch hour
- Friday: By appointment only
Brady Location:
- Monday – Friday: By appointment only
Grant and Mullen Locations:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Mountain), open during lunch hour
- Friday: By appointment only
Emergency and After-Hours Support
We understand that emergencies and claims can happen outside of office hours. In such cases, please call the agent assigned to your account directly on their dedicated landline. These landline numbers are answered on the agent’s cell phone, not a desk phone. By using the dedicated landline numbers rather than cell numbers, your agent can efficiently transfer your call to another agent if he/she is temporarily unavailable to serve you.
